Following the success of Icon Signature Villas with 3 of the first 12 villas purchased by Norwegian clients and the interest from the Scandinavian market in new off plan high quality contemporary properties in good locations we decided to prelaunch the new Icon Phase " The Residences" in Oslo.

Together with a Norwegian partner based in Oslo ( Borg & Partners) we decided to hold a private event in a hotel located in the new financial area in Oslo ( this is the new in area, very hip and where all large businesses and banks are located Properties in this area would sell for 10.000EUR per m2 ).

To coincide with the private event & seminar we also took part in an overseas property exhibition " Eiendom I Utlandet Messen " also held in Oslo on the weekend following the private event with our own stand & we also presented 2 seminars about the Costa del Sol and Spanish Property market.
